Join Linda Appleyard (fermentation enthusiast) and Yifat Shirben (Sound Journey) for a relaxed two-hour workshop blending hands-on making, connection, and rest.
We’ll spend the first hour learning and making 'the real dill fermented pickles' – tasting, asking questions, and sharing knowledge in a casual group setting. Then we will shift into a sound bath designed to support rest, digestion, and a grounded start to the year.
