Explore practical tools such as tuning forks, humming, breath, and sound-based practices you can use to support calm, focus, and reset.

Experience Binaural Beats Live:
Discover what binaural beats are through a live tuning fork demonstration, feel their effect in real time, and learn simple ways to use them in daily life without needing your own tuning fork.

Practical Everyday Application:
Learn simple ways to use these tools for yourself at home, so the workshop feels useful long after the day itself.

Restorative Sound Bath:
We’ll finish with a beautiful, deeply relaxing sound bath, giving you the chance to experience the effects of sound in your body, not just learn about them.
