Cancellation Policy

Please note that submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation. You will receive a separate email once your booking has been reviewed and confirmed. To cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours before the start time using the link in your confirmation email. Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance and no later than 24 hours before the session. A payment method is required after booking is approved. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
