Why this course?

In a world where so many of us live slightly stuck in stress mode, this course offers a simple way to pause, regulate, and reconnect.

The OM 136.1 Hz tuning fork is one of my favourite tools because it’s approachable, versatile, and beautifully grounding. You don’t need to be musical, spiritual, or “good at meditation” to use it. You just need a fork, a little curiosity, and a willingness to try.

Because calm is a skill – and sound can help you practise it

What you’ll learn

  • how to start confidently, even if you’ve never used a tuning fork before

  • why the OM 136.1 Hz weighted tuning fork is such a powerful place to begin

  • how to use it off the body for calming, grounding, and creating space

  • how to use it on the body in simple, practical ways

  • a gentle introduction to nervous system support and vagus nerve-inspired use

Inside the course, you’ll learn:

What’s included

  • short, easy-to-follow video lessons

  • practical demonstrations

  • simple explanations without overwhelm

  • a cheat sheet to help you remember your options

  • suggestions for further reading and exploring (if you want to go down that rabbit hole ;)

  • lifetime access so you can always revisit it

A short course with real-life usefulness

The whole course takes less than 30 minutes to complete, so you can get started without needing to carve out a huge chunk of time.

Go through it in one sitting, or come back to the lessons whenever you need a refresher.

"I like the way it's organised into bite-sized sections. I devoured all of it in one go with so much excitement as I was very keen to use my AUM tuning fork in my yoga practice. I particularly like the "fishing" movement as I use them close to affected areas. "
